When vehicles are returned, leasing companies issue unfounded and inflated damage claims of €2,000 – €4,000. We refute them with our time-stamped video and photo archiving system and defend your cash against unfair deductions — legally and technically.
You no longer wait 30 to 60 days for transport invoices to be paid. As soon as the CMR is delivered, your freight invoices are converted into cash on the same day through our contracted corporate financing partner, so cash flow for fuel, wages and trip costs is never interrupted.
Corporate fuel cards valid across Europe and a single consolidated device covering the whole continent let us optimise motorway tolls centrally; limits, consumption and route costs are kept under daily control.
The official taxes on fuel, repairs and road tolls paid on European roads are reclaimed from the relevant national tax authorities at the highest possible rate and through official channels; your expenses turn directly into net profit for your company.
Every morning, the consignment notes (CMR) sent by drivers are checked, filed by plate and driver in our cloud-based central archive and processed immediately for invoicing; no document is ever lost.
Before you take a load from — or quote for — a foreign logistics company (counterparty), its payment discipline, insolvency risk and market scores are screened, so you are shielded in advance against companies that carry a collection risk.

Odometer and fuel gauge in a single shot. In legal disputes, footage recorded with the Timestamp app, carrying time and location stamps, is used as the basis.

Module 04
A zero-hassle protection system: we don't bury your drivers in complex paperwork. The steps needed to defend your company against unfair damage invoices and to run operations take only a few seconds.
Once delivery is complete and both parties have stamped and signed, the CMR is photographed clearly and sent to our WhatsApp line; the document goes straight into invoicing and payment.
When collecting the vehicle and when returning it at the end of the job, the driver walks once around the tractor and trailer, recording the windscreen, bumpers, curtains and doors in one continuous video. The camera is held still for 2 seconds at the windscreen and front bumper.
On entering the cab, the odometer and fuel gauge are photographed in a single shot. The video and photo are sent to our WhatsApp line with the vehicle's plate number. In legal disputes and damage defence, footage recorded with the Timestamp app, carrying time and location stamps, is used as the basis.
